Good stuff
I have now tried 3 of her recipes and I have to say I'm very impressed with the food. I agree with another reviewer that the quality of the book is not worth $24.95. In fact, I was ready to return it because I had ordered JNL's cookbook too and it was cheaper and had better production quality. However, the taste of Lori's recipes really makes this book a keeper for me.

Peace of Mind
I love this cookbook! I have read through so many cookbooks and websites; finding recipes that sound yummy...only to find a lot of unhealthy ingredients in them. I can't tell you how many times I have tried to make healthy substitutions ending up with a meal I don't really want to eat.With the BGHL cookbook, I have peace of mind that the recipes are not only healthy, they don't sacrifice flavor! I have made a good chunk of the recipes and have enjoyed every single one! Thank you :)

I LOVE it!
So far, I absolutely LOVE this cookbook.. I'm 2 for 2 as of now.. I've made TWO recipes and I love them both. First I made the Turkey Chii which I think was the best chili I've ever made and I made several different chili's. I love how it has the nutrition info for each recipe too.. and she even suggests different variations.. like if you want to make it even more low cal, use.... Second, I made the Pumpkin Sausage Penne!! Amazing! I highly recommend this cookbook.

lots of choices
great for a busy girl such as my self. I like how she started out "normal" and in reality took a long time and hard work to get to where she is at. but i can see myself doing the same

Great Ideas
There are some great ideas for healthy alternatives to comfort food--watch the macaroni recipe though--it calls for way too much salt. Other than that there are some great tasting/fast options to eat healthy.

Absolutely love the food
Absolutely love the food! My only opinion is that the book be hard cover. I feel like I'm going to ruin it I use it so much.

Great for a beginner
If you are new to clean eating, cooking at home, or healthy living on the go this is a great book of basics. I was hoping for some 'new' ideas and so I was a bit let down.

Yummy & Healthy!
These are great recipes to enjoy your everyday foods, but healthier without taking away the taste. They are easy to follow and not loaded with a hundred ingredients. Very simple and tasty. Love this cookbook!!!
