Am really pleased with this burner. It looks lovely when a lit candle is in it as it gives off a nice glow, looks equally nice when when not in use. Quite heavy, therefore not easily knocked over.

Very nice quality and very nice exterior carving but the only small problem is the interior carving where the candle goes is not squared and flat to hold the candle straight so the candle will tilt and fall/ leak the wax...

I brought the flower shaped melt warmer. It’s absolutely beautiful, works perfectly and really good quality for the price. It’s just so pretty and relaxing to look at when it’s lit up in a dark room. I love it 😍

The burner itself is great, very good quality but unfortunately the glass bowl is very unstable the slightest tip and you have hot candle grease everywhere You have to be exceptionally careful when it is in use, the bowl doesn't seem to sit right at any time

It's bigger than I thought. Natural so each is unique. So naturally the pair I got are different shades but they are beautiful. I am very happy with purchase.

My partner was very excited to receive this item as a gift however, the plate cracked when liquid was added on its first use! This is disappointing, especially considering how happy she was with the gift & could have been quite dangerous! If it cracked with liquid, how would it have coped with a flame underneath it. After speaking with customer services, the response was also very disappointing & of no real assistance!
