I initially requested a smaller size cylinder for the chair, and they sent it to me within a week and replied to my messages immediately. Then, when the cylinder got stuck in the mechanism, I reached out again, and they quickly sent me a brand-new mechanism with no fuss. I was beyond impressed! Efomao's dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable, and I can confidently say they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Now I know this chair is pricey but my goodness it’s worth it. I bought it when it had a £100 off coupon to make it more realistic.I’m a receptionist and my hobbies are gaming so I’m always sitting on a desk chair and my back couldn’t take my cheap gaming chair any more. I love to sit cross legged and I’m a heavy girl (16 stone) and this chair does it all. It looks clean and plush and feels so plush!I’m not tall so obviously this is a little bit too tall for me but the footrest makes it so it doesn’t even matter. I’ve never used a footrest on previous chairs as I’m scared of how flimsy they are. But this chair, now everything is HEAVY and made durable. The metal is metalling.For ease of assembly, it was not the easiest, I’m 5ft with hypermobility and was finding it all a bit difficult however the instructions were very clear. I would say this is definitely a 2 person job as on my own it took me 2 hours.It does not feel like it’s going to break and it’s comfy as anything. If you’re wanting to test yourself to a better desk set up, then get this chair! I’m hoping to see and improvement of my back pain after using this for a while.

Really good quality chair, comfortable, and very pleased.It is easy and quick to assemble. It comes with a retractable footrest and reclining function, which is expected in such high end chair. The easily adjustable armrests are useful to suit individuals need.Overall, it feels like a premium chair—spacious, and stylish.

Just reviewing so might help others make a decision. First time purchasing an office chair since WFH so can't really compare much but honestly, for the price, can't complain about this one at all. The material quality and finishing is very good and the base very solid. It took me about an hour to put together, it was very simple with clear instructions however you do need 2 people ideally when fixing the seat and back together as is quite heavy. I forgot to take a photo of it but the pull out leg rest bit is really good and comfortable, it stops you crossing your legs if you have this bad habit and just generally helps with changing leg positions throughout the day, so glad I got it just for this. I thought the loose lumbar pillow would be annoying but I find it fine due to the material it doesn't slide about like crazy. The wheels work well on carpet. The only 3 niggles I have are:1) the rocking capability is a little stiff and doesn't really work unless I really push back on it - my normal office chairs tend to do this a lot easier but not a deal breaker.2) the seat is a little firmer than it looks. Not that it's not comfortable but just saying from just looks, expectations might be different.3) Just feedback for the team, would be good in the arm rest height could be adjustable somehow. If you add this then you're really onto a winner.Overall, unless you're going to fork out £600+ for a really really decent chair then look no further, for the price the quality of this is really good.
