Nature's Sunshine Psyllium Hulls Combination 11 Oz

Very powerful if used correctly. Never find something as good as this, very gentle very effective. I’ve used this same product per 17 years... I’m always healthy if I’m doing my every night routine, it can be a pain to keep every day drinking the same thigh thing, but is so so worth it... what you can get back from doing this is just, the Proper medicine for your digestive system. Recommend 100%

Great flavor easy to digest

I mix two teaspoons of Psyllium with 8oz. of water and I drink it down. This mixture has psyllium hulls, licorice root and Hibiscus Flowers, taste okay, I usually finish this with a drink of orange juice or mango juice as a chaser. The directions say, you can blend fresh fruits, or your favorite Nature's Sunshine drink mix. Overall, this works!

A friend put me on to this. I thought why not give it a “go”. It really helped me “go.” And almost immediately. I’ve been using it for two weeks and still can’t believe how happy my tummy is.

We use this product along with the Cascara Sagrada supplements. The Psyllium Hulls are similar to Metamucil, but digest much better. I purchased a different company once and was very dissapointed. I immediately ordered the Nature's Sunshine brand, which is the best on the market in my opinion. There is no taste to the powder and we mix it with some apple juice and water. There is no added sugars like other brands and no gummy feeling in the mouth. We use this as part of a digestive aid every day. I will not switch to any other brand.

Great product that I’ve used daily for twenty-five years. Did not arrive in the container as pictured upon ordering. This item is excellent for cleansing or just everyday regularity. Not too hard to swallow, either. Enjoy your health.
