I take these every day although I only take one. On the back of the bottle, it says to take three and that is a bit much because they are huge pills. But it is a great supplement at a good price.

I think most people would be surprised about how much less vitamin C is absorbed unless you go liposomal route …so it’s great to see this option from Sports research as I use them as well for my vitamin D3/vitamin k intake and they make a very good product. Look into liposomal delivery vs standard vitamins and you’ll see why getting vitamin C liposomal makes way more sense vs standard vitamins.
