It does what it says it will do. Truly a class above the rest of the sports drinks. Tried it out when someone introduced it to me in America. I could feel a significant difference after drinking it. Helps not only after a workout but on days you are dehydrated. I'm glad I managed to get it in SG on a free international shipping day, if not my cost is doubled with shipping. Not a cheap product but a really good one!

I always considered this to be a child's product. I never thought of it being used for adults with hydration issues. After trying it one time, we will never be without it again. Great value, great hydration, and super tasty. Great hydration for those hot southern summer days. We keep at least one bottle in the house at all times now.

5/5 Rating Very flavorful drink, it's not as sweet as I like but this stuff works it's magic as soon as it's ingested. It easily replenishes the electrolytes your body need to function at it's highest. It also helps hydrate people who are dehydrated. Months ago, my uncle in Alabama was admitted into the hospital diagnosis showed he was seriously dehydrated, we discovered all he drank was juice and soda. No water.. I sent him a case of these Pedialyte sports drink and he dranked these like he was in a desert. I figured this is what his body needed. Very good product all around. Too much sodium and sugar tasting for me. Taste lingers.
