Q: Does iPhone/iPad (with lightening connector) provide enough power? If not, how do you power it?

As long as you have a USB C connection then it should work. My phone which is an android can so I'm sure an iPhone or ipad can.

Q: Android compatible? Does this work with Samsung s22 ultra and s8 ultra tablet? Is it easy for on the go?

I'm not sure about whether it's Android/Samsung compatible, but it's quite a heavy microphone built mainly for sitting on a desk/table, so I wouldn't consider it for on-the-go recordings.
