As a man of a certain age, conversations with my friends have shifted from "Who is playing tight end for the Bears?" to "How is your digestion?" I decided to be proactive. Taste: I mixed this into my morning water. It dissolves well! No gritty texture. It tastes vaguely fruity, like a watered-down juice box, which is pleasant. The Effects: It has probiotics and collagen, so I’m hoping to have the gut of a 20-year-old and the skin of a supermodel. The Critique: I wish it had more fiber. It has a decent amount, but I’m a "go big or go home" kind of guy. I had to use two packets to hit my "Dad Goal." But overall, a great way to sneak health into my diet without eating cardboard flakes.

I enjoyed the different flavors on this variety pack it tasted very sweet it is easy to use on the go. It was easy to mix in a plastic bottle, used it daily I didnt seem to notice much of effectiveness regarding bowel movement. I did feel well hydrated and gave me that little extra energy boost. Will try again and in hopes it helps me more with my bowel movement. I wish it had more product for the price, but overall a good product.

I feel this product help me get my electrolytes and probiotics. The packets are very convinient whe you are on the go. Great flavor, I just wish it was not that expensive.

This was recommended to me by a friend of mine so I decided to try it. It is absolutely a wonderful thing. It helps. My gut makes me feel a lot better because I’ve had a lot of stomach issues.

Tastes terrible! Stevia is so artificial tasting. Tried 2 of the flavors and couldn't even get through the watermelon is tastes so bad. Tried diluting it even further and then all you taste is stevia. YUCK
