No Mind AND No Problem
If you are ready to graduate from books like "The Secret" and Louise Hay-style books that deal with thinking and changing your thoughts to get more and feel better...pick up this book.I really like the chapter of this book called, "The Anatomy of a Thought".In it Ramaji says, "When you look closely at a thought, you will see it is not substantial. Not only that, at the center of every thought, there is total openness. At the center of every thought, there is a translucent, natural pure awareness. No matter what the thought, no matter how negative or limiting it may appear to be, at the heart and in the center of this thought is naked empty openness, the natural pure awareness. This is not easy to see. We tend to take these thoughts at face value. We react to their appearance. Yet when you do not judge your thoughts as they arrive, when you do not run away from them in fear, when you do not push them away because you do not like them, something new will happen."I would agree. THAT which you are is never touched by thoughts, yet holds all of them...positive or negative, expansive or limiting.Thoughts never add to or take from THAT which you are. THAT is a total carelessness of the appearance of any thoughts coming or going. All thoughts are "naked empty openness"!"No Mind No Problem" doesn't mean change your thinking, solve your problems; it Means that there is No Mind AND No Problem.

The title doesn't lie
This book is an essential gem for advanced spiritual practitioners. If you are able to meditate with long intervals free from thought, but are still experiencing problems with the mind, this book could be exactly what you need."No Mind, No Problem" is short and sweet, but it will help you effectively investigate the nature of thoughts. The book points out that thoughts are not bad. There's nothing wrong with them, and there's nothing you need to do to them. Once you can see them objectively, you'll be able to see through them, and you'll be aware of the changeless background awareness behind thoughts. This book found my hands at the right time. After my first read through, I was able to "discover my real self" (as the subtitle says) and find absolute freedom from the mind. I can now see that the nature of thoughts and every other phenomena is pure, open, unchanging space. Not only that, but this space is what I am! With this realization, I can no longer be a prisoner of any experience or any thought!Think about it: if you're free from the mind, can you possibly have problems? Any problems at all?I'm telling you, this is big. "No Mind, No Problem." The title doesn't lie.

A Delightful Find!
I read many books that are offered for free or at a discount in hopes of finding great authors. The one thing that will cause me to drop a book in an instant is misspelled words and poor grammar. No Mind No Problem does have some of these errors, BUT I was so relaxed and in such a peaceful state of well-being while reading this book that it did not bother me a bit. I initially planned on a 4 star rating for the above reasons, but the effectiveness, content and overall message allowed me to bump it up to 5 stars. I would happily help proofread future versions as I think this book is amazing and has taught me to love and understand myself (finally!). I believe everyone should read this book.

Brilliant !!
After reading Frank J. Kinslow and other non duality books someone gave me a recommendation for this.I love reading and researching about non duality and meditation. In my opinion Ramaji explains the pure awareness concept even better than Frank and his meditation instructions were better (although I still recommend reading Frank's book because it's also very good)The book is very well written because it cuts down to the chase and there is so much gold in there I have so many highlights and notes I can go back to.If you love non duality wisdom that is clear and practical read this.

Today I read the end of your book "No Mind No Problem" and I just wanted to write and thank you forthe profound clarity throughout the book. The structure you described of the shameand victim layers overlaying the narcissistic core of the ego was really helpful inseeing more clearly the process I'm going through right now. .You described it all really clearly and boldly and itwas really helpful to read.

A Huge Gift for those Seekers in Hospice
This book is so clear. First, it helps you understand the mind is much simpler than we make it. Second, it provides a powerful self-inquiry meditation that dismantles it and third it inspires you! Truly a gift.

I journey into the ether. Unique insight into the behaviour and purifying of the mind into dissolution. Ramaji highlights natural pure awareness, how to neutralize the relationship with thought through understanding its anatomy. The information on the subconscious narcissism of the ego is enlightening. An essential book for understanding yourself through and through
