I started having pain in my legs right after I turned 30, so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I also noticed at the same time that blue veins were starting to show up on the backs of my legs. I started taking this supplement over a month ago and noticed within about two weeks that the pain lessened. I don't have the pain that I used to. I have been doing yoga and running once or twice a week as well, so I think all that that combined with this supplement for better vein circulation has helped tremendously. I definitely recommend.
