I am writing this review after two weeks of using the C60 Purple Power Organic MCT oil. To give you a little detail, my health had gone for a toss during the lockdown. Living a sedentary lifestyle with easy-cooking meals as your dinner has done the worst. Long story short, at 30, I felt like I was in my forties. It took me weeks before I gathered my guts to rejoin the gym. My breathing was so bad that I felt like passing out every moment I lifted weights. Creatine, protein, and multivitamins helped a lot, but I still could not get the much-needed energy. My nutritionist suggested me the c60 MCT oil, and now it's been two weeks I have been using it, and I must say, I am starting to feel like I am back to my real self. The boost of energy it gave after taking is like a miracle. The name C60 might be confusing for some. Actually, it is a powerful antioxidant containing pure organic MCT coconut oil. The good thing about C60 MCT oil is that it is available in 30 single-serving packets. That means you won't have to measure the quantity every time you take it. On top of that, you can simply take the required number of sachets with you while traveling. No need to carry the whole bottle or increase any chance of an accidental spill. The product claims to contain 100% pure certified organic oils, tested by third-party testers to contain maximum concentration and bioavailability. Although I can't fully vouch for that, with my experience, I can say that this product definitely works for me. According to the manufacturer, the oil works on a cellular level to provide energy by lifting the oxidative burned from muscles and the brain. Research shows that MCT enhances mitochondrial biogenesis and metabolism under high temperatures. That means the oil only works when you live a healthy lifestyle, such as being more active, eating right, exercising regularly, and sun exposure. I recommend you go slow with the product. Only take one sachet in the morning and eat within an hour for better absorption.

You ask me to rate something I have only taken 1 day! Somehow there needs to be a new set up that comes a few weeks into taking it. I am rating a 5 because my provided speaks highly of it.

***update*** So my previous interaction with the creator of this product was a little weird. After contacting them about the different taste and color, my email was black listed by their website which prevented me from ordering directly from them. I've purchased dozens of this product from them on amazon and directly from their website. I guess the person decided I was being a troll for questioning them?? So bizarre... Now, the most recent product I received has these black things floating inside so I grabbed my dropper and managed to get one of the bigger ones out from the bottle and this is the result. Whatever this black thing is, it breaks down easily and it smears kind of like clumped up motor oil. It's definitly not c60 clumping, it seems like some kind oil. I hope its not from the machine they're using. I will contact them again and see what they say at the risk of getting black flagged again. If you're the owner of this company, I assure you, I am not trying to troll your company or product. I've been taking this ever since Clif High recommended your company specifically because of who you are. I will update once I receive an update from them. **update** Seller reached out quickly and explained some changes to the formula. I was told it was done to improve the product and not for financial reasons. I will continue using this product. I've been ordering from c60 purple power for over a year now and my hair is either growing thicker or more hair is growing or both! This batch I received yesterday is not like the previous ones. The purple color seems off. I want to say its lighter than usual. But more importantly, I believe this c60 I received has little or no c60 in it. I say this because for the year I've been taking this, everytime I ingest it, you can almost feel a small tickle in your throat. This one lacks two characteristics I've become use to. The color and the tickle. I will reach out to the seller and report back.

I do love this product, but it gives me a low grade headache. I eventually stopped taking it. However, the benefits were so good I wanted to keep taking despite the headaches. It gave me more energy, mental clarity, and focus. If I didn’t get headaches, I would gladly be a loyal customer for life.

Lemme tell you, my body has been so out of wack for about a year. Had no idea what was going on. I've been grinding through it mentally and physically. The pandemic didn't help, it took me away from the crossfit gym and the favorite sport I play, ice hockey for at least 3 months. Hockey is still canceled but man, my body didn't react well to the sudden stoppage of everything. In July, Crossfit started back up but my bodies digestion, blood pressure, lack of energy you name it was just messed up. I kept adding supplements like creatine, vitimen e, B's, blood flow supplements etc but it wasn't doing everything I wanted or need. It was ok but Meh....I started the C60 literally yesterday mid day. I dont know if its just a fluke but I did an AMRAP yesterday and as if I think the others around me are stronger and better, I sqeezed out an extra round, one more than everyone else. I'm not macho, im very strong but not particularly agile and somewhat overweight. I simply did more than usual. I woke up this morning, haven't felt this good in over a year maybe longer! I'm going to crossfit again today, I feel great! I noticed some appetite control this morning and I've been so depressed but Not today! I think I had a lucid dream and did have a light sweat this morning. Jumped out of bed at 6am. Usually its 7 or 7:30. I've felt weak and my mind not connected to my body if that makes sense. Creatine has helped a little bit the C60 seems to have killed that issue. It's crazy! I want to give another update down the road. Thanks! I received this product yesterday, ordered 2 more today. I like the product but I'm sick of the bottles coming with a broken top. If another comes like this I'll buy elsewhere. My cat knocked my bottle over and lost over half because of these stupid caps.

This was a horrible experience. I was so excited about finally buying this product due to its cost, but I bit the bullet and paid for it. I began with a limited amount of-1/2 teaspoon to start. In about 3 days I started having these headaches. They were behind my eyes and very painful. I wondered but did not suspect the C- 60. I kept taking and each day here would come the near debilitating headaches. I had not had headaches in so many years I can not remember one. I work at my son’s business- he is a medical doctor. I complained of my headache. This was about a week into taking just 1/2 teaspoon of the C-60. He ask if I was taking any new supplements and I said yea - Surprisingly I was amazed that it could have that effect but I went on line to check possible side effects. There it was- the purple additive that’s added to the c-60 can and does cause headaches. Check it out!! Needless to say I ceased taking the C- 60 . It took more than a week for the headaches to subside. I am out $219 and some lost days due to the awful headaches so I highly recommend you be careful about what you believe and put in your body!! You can not return this to Amazon for a refund!

It came leaking, so almost a quarter of the product was gone when I received it..!!!
