It's pretty great for the price, 399 for a 144hz 50inch when I got it. The menu is very snappy and smooth, turns on instantly, navigates with no input lag. I do have an internet cable hooked up straight on a gigabit connection so that definitely helps. Image quality is great, sound quality as expected for a TV. My PS5 games look amazing on it. The menu is easy to navigate and customise and has most streaming options as well as the free function that streams local TV with brilliant quality. Its wall mount hook-up holes are perfectly lined up and has all the connectivity you usually get on a standard smart TV, all labeled appropriately. I can't fault this product, for me it's a 6 star.

Fantastic picture so far, not tested input lag gaming as yet but setup was easy and the phone app made setup easier with passwords and logins, the standard sound setup is good and the other presets work well. With a little fettling of settings it'll be fantastic. Great size with no damage from shipping. Big shout-out to the delivery guys, great lads and a good laugh with professional service. Let me check the screen before they left and made sure all the bits were in the box.

I got this tv due to its freely capability. Having just got rid of our paid for tv subscription service and no option of utilising a tv aerial, having the ability to watch live tv was a priority. The tv is great, the sound is good and the picture quality is excellent. The remote control is very responsive (this has been an issue on other tvs within the household) but so far so good with this Hisense tv. Freely works without any issues and we now have basic live tv with no subscription fee. Connect tv to internet, open freely app and away to go!! Just what we wanted. All other apps, bbc iplayer, Netflix etc also work great. This tv was value for money at half the price of our previous 50”. We have only one issue hence the reason for 4 stars not 5. Sometimes the tv won’t recognise anything connected via HDMI. We have a PS5 and firestick connected to separate HDMI ports. When selecting these devices the tv returns to Home Screen and doesn’t recognise the connected device and takes a few times of trying before it does. Having researched online to see if there is a fix, unfortunately it appears that this is a problem with many Hisense TV’s.

Amazing 4k TV for gaming. I brought this TV for my new PS5 PRO and the graphics are unreal playing at 120FPS on most gaming in performance mode is amazing. This TV is hands down the best I’ve ever had and I come from a Samsung TV before. Price is bang on and packed with features this will not disappoint you.

Great tv - no issues Very good in a bright room We already have a Hisense 55” tv but not this spec ie Pro 144Hz so it was handy to have the VIDAA log in / app already set up which was in back of my mind when looking out for new tv Defo crisper and sound is great is a big room Kids no longer fighting and our living space sorted for Christmas 🎄 and beyond Delivery etc was all great 👍🏼 Picture is of Harry Potter Movie

I researched a number of websites to see what others thought of this TV, most were favourable so I pressed the buy button. The deal I got from Amazon was fantastic by the way. The TV lives up to all the hype, great value for money, excellent sound and picture and a breeze to set up! Couldn’t recommend this TV highly enough

Bought mine in March 2025 and in May just a couple of months later I experienced problems with it and notified Amazon I would be returning it as it wouldn't switch off despite my remote having my new batteries. I had to Google for help as to locate the manual off switch which is under the pilot/remote light and try to navigate the menu. It was under warranty of course and unfortunately due to illness I had to wait until I felt better to return it. It worked a few weeks start of June and then recently in September it stopped altogether and I believe a lot of people experience issues with Hisense and it's disappointing because I thought they were supposed to be a top of the range brand but I finally returned it and just awaiting a refund but I wouldn't recommend it as it's not a reliable. I am going to get a TCL Google TV instead. I have one as a main TV as this Hisense (Vidaa system) was supposed to be a bedroom tv and the TCL is better. The Vidaa system doesn't allow you to add apps the same as a Google TV which is a like a giant phone so I am glad to see the back of this TV .. Do your research first and pay attention to the software issues that can happen with Hisense (Vidaa) TV's.
