It’s 5 stars for a calorie free fat free 1g carb mayo substitute!
Everything I have ever tried from Walden Farms is gross and chemical-y, and I’m not picky at all when trying to lose weight. I swore off the company until someone convinced me to try the mayo. Mix it with tuna or can chicken or use just enough to “wet” your turkey sandwich. It tastes fine! It is not mayo but let it fool you so you can enjoy your chicken salad sandwich or something besides mustard for a change while trying to lose weight. I will keep buying this.

Every one of the products is awful.
If I could give it negative stars I would. I bought one of nearly everything from Walden farms, spent over $100 in hopes I would have good choices for my current nutritional protocol. WRONG.I’m not exaggerating, every single one of them had the same underlying taste of vinegar or some chemical that was SO overpowering.Even the hazelnut creamer was UNBEARABLE. There was nothing I could do to fix any of it.

It’s like a runny dressing with a SOMEWHAT Mayo taste
I am on a NO FAT diet (3 grams of fat max per day) and I LOVE mayo but cannot eat it all any longer. Out of desperation I ordered this. It is NOT Mayo at all. The main issue is that the consistency/ texture is very thin. It’s thin and runny. The taste is somewhat-kinda-possibly a bit like a cheapOff brand discount store mayo. Hellmans it is NOT. Kraft it is NOT. And it has a bit of that odd after taste that some fat free products have. But when used sparingly , for example, mixed with fat free sour cream and fresh lemon juice and garlic powder added, etc, it is not a bad dressing. I also use it and mix it with pickle juice and chopped onion and mix it with lite tuna and it sorta-kinda adds a bit of creaminess like texture to make Fake Tuna Salad. If they could really THICKEN it somehow it would make a WORLD of difference..seriously. ****Please make this product thicker!!!!*****

Don't buy
Normally I don't do negative reviews but this time I had to. In reference to this mayo. It is not what it says on the label. Worst mayo I've ever tried. No flavor, you can't use a knife to spread the mayo. You must pour it over the bread or whatever you're eating. It is literally like almost pouring water. Weird flavor. Never again. I thru the jar away on the first try. Never again.

Delicious
Great add in for recipes and tastes good. A little pricey but a great alternative for those who shouldn’t have regular mayo.

Not impressed
I was not impressed by this Walden Farms "mayonnaise"! It's soupy, not really like mayonnaise at all, and some folks might like the taste, but I did not. After tasting it, I mixed it with some Miracle Whip, Miracle Whip Light, and two cans of tuna, onion powder, minced garlic for a tuna sandwich. Hmm, still definitely NOT delighted. Would not buy again, which is too bad because some of Walden Farms stuff is pretty good for having no calories, fat, carbs, etc.
