Bali: The Solo Girl's Travel Guide Paperback – 12 May 2025

I chose this book instead of lonely planet and was pleasantly surprised! Alexa likes to travel off the beaten track and so is an excellent guide for this. My solo trip to Bali was made so much easier with the book and I even spoke directly with the author to get local contacts. The qr codes are so great to use! Currently sat by the pool on my trip with another solo girl who I found on the Facebook group for the travel guide. I literally can not recommend this book more highly to any girl travelling solo! I used this book for 2 weeks in Ubud as a solo female traveler. I pretty much did everything Alexa suggested, plus a beach day and horse riding. Everything she suggests was perfect and worth while doing. I felt this book really helped me make the most of my holiday here, and that I had the best travel companion with sharing ideas of what to do the next day! I’ll definitely be using this book to plan a return trip for beach hopping I think! Thank you Alexa! 🙏

I have never bought a travel book .. this come highly recommended and I can not applaud this woman. The information is amazing and if anything I cannot recommend enough booking a one to one video call to cover uncertainty’s. Amazing brook and very informative. A first time solo traveller and this has given me the boost and confidence I needed😀

This book has been an absolute god send for planning our Bali trip next year. It’s full of so many helpful tips & amazing places to visit that I’d probably of missed if I hadn’t bought it. The author is also great at getting back to you if you need any more help with anything. An absolute must buy if going travelling here 🙏

Super helpful! Some really great tips especially on places to stay.Loved the honesty within the book too.Hindsight I should have purchased the ebook so I could take it with me when visiting Bali.
