I think Medium would fit you best. It will very likely fit a bit loose but not overly. The pants are very adjustable.

Yes you can. You just have to type in the type of top you want to get. Otherwise it'll set you up with both

Lrg or x lrg. Its a hit or miss ive ordered 2 different sizes and the both seemed the same. These cheaper chinese brands dont have the best quality control or something, so mistakes can happen more the usual.
