I lay awake with the patch on. Zero effect. Taking magnesium, aswaghanda & l-theanine in tablet form is more effective. Rubbish.

Works great. Sound asleep with 30min of applying. Doesn't cause arrhythmia like melatonin. Highly recommend. I have this on my monthly reorder list now!
