It s great just wish the bench was a little wider.

I am completely satisfied with this trainer, what I wanted. Convenient and functional. And it’s really cool that it folds up and doesn’t take up much space in the apartment.

Worst bench I've ever bought by far. The poles are so close together that i can't even lift the barbel off and onto it - because the bar rests where my hands are supposed to go and the thing that they sit on bumps into my wrists when taking it off or on.I'm only 5'8, which is smaller than the average male - so this thing isn't meant for men. It's child sized, but also raised way higher off the ground than it should be so not even a child could use it. The last bench I bought from them had a bolt that snapped after about one year's use - should have learned my lesson then and chose another brand.Do not buy from OppsDecor ever, you will receive an extremely poorly built product that isn't meant to last and isn't even measured correctly. I would certainly not trust anywhere near the weight limit it suggests you can use either, there's no way this thing is holding a barbell with over 120 pounds or so on it without the risk of it snapping and falling on you.

I've now been using this for a few weeks and have found it to have two significant issue, both impacting stability.The first is that the front 'leg' is really unstable - they should have used the same sort of tee-bar structure that was used for the 2 back 'legs'. As is this front leg is really wobbly, which is not a good thing when bench pressing large weights.The second thing makes that wobbly problem worse: the back board/cushion is slightly too skinny at the point where your shoulders contact it. This means when the unit gets the wobblies from that unstable front leg, the upper body automatically tries to compensate - but can't easily do that b/c of that narrow board. And I'm not an unusually wide guy - 6'1/180, so a fairly slim build.If they added better 3-D stability for that front leg and a slightly (even only 2 or 3 inches) wider back rest, this would be a 5 star product.

I’m doing another review the first one I was upset because this order was late the company reached out to me and made it right I received it today and I love it. I am going to order some more weights though I didn’t order enough.
