I bought this because it was recommended by a functional medicine nurse practitioner before we went on our cruise in January when the flu numbers were super high. I was worried about getting sick and it ruining our vacation. We took this twice a day once in the morning once at night. We did not get sick the entire trip even after being onto two flights. It doesn’t smell or burn. I feel that this is effective.

An excellent preventative nasal spray. I use this before going to large events or when headed to the airport for a flight and NEVER get sick. Honestly, I use to get 4-5 bad colds evey year and haven’t had one in 2 years. My husband and I went on a 90 day cruise.

Used this on my first plane trip in years ... Was at 2 airports and around a lot of people, got hardly any sleep which usually doesn't bode well for health; but using this each day kept me well! It works phenomenally. I used it everyday and still have plenty left. The smell and taste are fine. It's very gentle and didn't make my throat burn as some do. Very easy to use, just remember to re-dose if you're out more than 8 hours.

Seems to be effective against colds and the flue, but hard to tell. I am told that using every day diminishes the effectiveness. I only used for social situations.

My sister, who is immune compromised, is always looking for ways to protect herself. She was the person who initially turned me on to Profi. My 11 year old son seems to get sick often. He missed 21 days of school last year, and I knew as he transitioned to middle school, missing such large swaths of school would be unmanageable for him. He uses Profi spray everyday before school, and even here in MN where the flu/cold season is running rampant, he has not caught a single thing!! Not even a cold. We’re heading into mid January without a single missed day of school. This stuff works!! My kid is the walking proof. Just keep in mind it lasts 8 hours, so if you have evening plans, you need to redose.

After reading the about the Harvard scientists that developed this product I tried it. A little bit of iodine smell but dissipates quickly. Easy to use and so far effective.

This stuff is amazing and totally worth the money. I work in a school with young children and have done so for the past 10 years. I changed careers later on life so I got sick many many times from the kids. I started taking Profi in September, and this is the first year that I haven’t missed at least 3 to 4 days sequentially due to illness. In fact, I’ve barely been sick at all this year and if I have, it was just a minor cough or sniffle, nothing that kept me out of work. Definitely try it!

A friend turned me on to Profi as something that worked in keeping her healthy and well. As someone who always gets sick (and then takes forever to get better...), Profi helped me get back out in the world, unmasked--even during cold and flu season! I've only been sick one time in a year and a half (!!!) of using Profi! It doesn't really have a taste or smell, which is great (although I do sneeze right after every application, no biggie). It's a bit pricey, but IMO, worth it. Both my husband and I have Profi on auto-subscribe, that's how much we love it.
