I have ordered this twice, but the second time I ordered, I only received one bag when I ordered two.

I first started buying this carob powder because I'd been craving the carob flavor. It quickly became my daily staple for banana ice cream (just frozen bananas, carob powder, and topped with cacao nibs) & smoothies. I realized that if I used cacao powder in my smoothie bowls then I'd need a sweetener. But if I used carob powder then adding sweetener was optional. I truly crave this flavor daily and buy several pounds at a time. I finally made a carob cake recipe (recipe on Damn Easy Recipes .com) and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! This was the BEST CAKE I've ever had. Everyone I gave it to thought it was chocolate cake even though it was 100% carob (no cocoa). Because I've ordered multiple pounds of this seller's carob since 2019 I can say one thing to be aware of. Every so often when I order a two-pack of carob one of the bags will be busted. Yes, I still use it (though maybe I shouldn't) and it's a total mess to deal with. It's not every time but I noticed it does happen from time to time. I wish this didn't happen but I'm addicted to this ingredient so I just try not to consider the sanitary issue.
