You get quite a bit of nutritional yeast for your money here, especially for a quality brand. Taste is excellent and the resealable bags are better for freshness as you can push the air out as you seal it. Also, the Vitamin B12 content is higher than other brands that I've tried, and if you are a vegan, this is the most important aspect of it. Product is very versatile and can be mixed into oatmeal, sprinkled on popcorn or pasta, or used as a general seasoning. I highly recommend it, especially if you are vegan.

One of the best tasting Nutritional Yeast’s I’ve purchased, rich tasting and very complementary to every dish I’ve added it to. Would recommend without a doubt!

It’s the best tasting nutritional yeast I’ve ever found. I like the extra garlic flavor it has. I use it on basically everything. With this, I don’t need to add any butter.

This yeast is the best tasting nutritional yeast, I mean the total GOAT. I've been buying it since age 12. I'm 63 years old. It's been on the market since 1912. Nutritional yeast by Bragg is one of the best vegan sources of B12 on the planet. 2TBS has 630% of the RDA! Other than nutritional yeast, you usually only find B12 in meat.mIt also has very high doses of Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6 and Folic Acid. 2 TBS. has 5 grams of protein and zero fat, 40 calories. B vitamins are necessary to keep your nervous system healthy, they are water soluble and do not "build up in the body"like Vitamins A, E, and D. It does have natural dietary fiber. That is a nutritional bargain right there. Some consumer reports I have read state that almost all yeast brands may fall short of the nutritional analysis #'s on the label. Of course, all products in any food category may vary, just like your body temperature is usually changing depending upon various factors. It tastes like mild cheese. I like it on pasta, its good on popcorn, it's good on so many different foods. It thickens sauces and adds more depth of taste. A product does not stay on the market for long if its not a good product, certainly not over 100 years. Bragg has a long history of excellent quality control. A few things to know: heavy usage like putting scoops of it on food (like I like to do) can give you a Niacin flush. Some people who get frequent migraines can be sensitive to tyramine that naturally exists in it. Also, it has a substance in it that is similar in MSG called Glutamate. People sensitive to MSG may have a similar reaction. Some individuals with inflammatory bowel disorders may have some trouble if they eat a lot of yeast. I eat yeast maybe twice a day and I have severe diverticulitis and have never had a problem with nutritional yeasts.

I find it very useful for many dishes, good flavor from the garlic and salt in it. It could be added to almost anything.
