I heard a story that this company was actually started by the ex-wife of the owner/creator of hydroflask. In the divorce settlement she got 50% owner ship of the company then broke it in two. Thus, the name 50/50. I don’t know if the story is true or not but as a repeat customer or hydroflask…because I always lose them at some point or other….I will say that the quality and likeness is definitely there, there’s really no difference between this and a hydroflask except that one little key thing….it’s cheaper like 50% cheaper hmmm that seems like I’m repeating myself.

It’s great! It keeps your beer cold and protected from light.But if you go somewhere that needs to actually see through the side to fill a growler that obviously isn’t going to work.So I just don’t go there anymore!

It works really well. It keeps a pot of coffee hot for a 12 hour shift.

This is the second( 3rd as a gift) fifty fifty growler that I've purchased. The new lid makes it easy to carry around at work. Keeps my water COLD.

These are some awesome bottles but I notice they have changed their bottles a little bit. I have a growler size already and figured okay, I'll order a couple wide-mouth flip-top straw lids for my old and new bottle. Well apparently these new ones will need a different lid since the old lids won't fit this one. Kind of bummed out now but still great bottles to have. Guess I'll have to find the right lid for these new growlers.
