Honestly I did not have the highest hopes for this phone I was so sick of big expensive phones I tried unihertz phones for a while this phone is so far more reliable and more robust I have dropped it a few good times I've fully submerged it in water numerous times it keeps going strong it last three days of moderate Spotify use and two with heavy use i really love the phone and will buy another from the company in the future

All Good...yet , I had my doubtsThe Armor X31 Pro is 5G and works on T-Mobile USA network , which INCLUDES Mint Mobile. I ran several anti-Spy/Mal ware Apps from the Android store; ZERO ISSUES. The phone is well built and has suffered a few drops, no problems. Additionally, the Night Vision and IR remote control are fun Extras. The packaging was Fist Class, worthy of a hugh end store display. What a great deal for under $180usd !

For the price ($160 currently) this phone is incredible value for money. Ulefone have carved a little niche in the budget smartphone world with a range of rugged android phones. This is one of the latest from them. I wouldn't say it's the sleekest or most attractive smartphone but it has a well considered form factor. It's not very big with the screen being just 5.65 inches but feels good in hand and I can easily type one handed. I will say this is not my daily driver, but I like having it for work as a secondary phone. I am often outside and working in a studio so having something that can withstand drops is a plus.From a screen resolution perspective, the X32 is just 720p HD. It's not the sharpest or most visually stunning display, but as the screen size is smaller, it looks good and it's bright enough, and though it has 600 nits brightness on full, it's not that great in bright sunlight. The phone has a 90Hz refresh rate which is great and everything is very smooth. The 5500mAh battery is wonderful, actually bigger than most smartphones, and it shows. The lower res screen really helps to reduce battery drain. I find I don't need to charge this nearly as often as my pixel phone. I can easily get through a day of heavy use with the screen brightness up and there is still around 20% battery left over. One feature I really love is the reverse charging with usb cable. This is a very handy thing to have. It means the phone can function as a power bank.The screen glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 5 which is a nice benefit to have and fits in with the rugged theme. It's seems more durable as a result. The performance is good in general, and it seems fast. Perhaps not as fast as other budget phones but it hasn't lagged or been sluggish at all, given the Helios chip inside. It has 6gb ram which on paper doesn't seem that much but it's more than sufficient for this phone. The onboard storage is 128gb which is the norm these days.The cameras are okay, but far from amazing. They do the job but the image quality doesn't compare to better known brand phones, but again this is a fraction of the price. If you are on a tight budget and need a rugged phone for work or outdoor activity, the Ulefone Armor X32 is very viable option.

So far the best phone I have purchased the only down side I can think of is it's not compatible with straight talk or Verizon but t mobile got me hooked up and not for a bad price either 👍 10/10 I recommend this phone to all other clumsy ADHD people like myself durability is king in a glass phone society.

Is big and heavy but ver functional.

Very slow phone in this era of technology. Hardly keeps charge. In less than a week screen protector broke

The phone was purchased for my 12 year old son. He is special needs, autistic and also nonverbal. After purchasing phone after phone for him that broke rather easily from frequent drops, I found the ad for the Ufone Armor X32 unbreakable phone here on Amazon. . It was a bit outside of my financial budget, but the durability of the phone more than made up for the extra cost. My son only had the phone for about a month before he managed to break it, but in that time the phone survived many drops that other phones could not survive. I was very impressed with it. The drop that did manage to break it was a drop that had the phone land on a very hard object with a very strong corner. Had it not landed the way it did, the phone would have survived that fall as well and I believe many more future falls would have been break free as well. I contacted Asurion insurance, but I did not know the IMEI number and could not get into the phone to get it so the insurance company could not start a claim for the phone. I reached out to the seller, Daniel for help, he went out of his way to try to assist me—even providing me with an IMEI number from another phone. Although the insurance company could not accept it, his effort to help did not stop.What truly amazed me was what he did next. Even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so, he offered to replace the broken phone. Not only did he send me a replacement phone, but he also included a protective case free of charge to help prevent future accidents.This level of generosity, honesty, and customer care is rare, and it means a great deal to me. He turned what could have been a very stressful and costly situation into a positive experience that I will never forget.
