Small size you can bring it any where

I absolutely love this tiny Bible. It is beautiful and makes me heart happy to see it. I expected it to be small length and width but I did not expect it to be nearly as thin as it is. The font is readable though small. It is not what I would want to read for long stretches of time as I have had vision but I can read it without hurting my eyes, which I was worried about. The pages are thick enough that I'm not scared I'm going to tear them just by turning them. The Bible is light weight and easily fits into a makeup bag and is easy to carry in my purse. I have a Bible on my phone which is what I've been using at church but I'm thrilled to take this one now. And it's light enough that I'm keeping it in my purse so the time. I found the New Living Translation when my older kids were small and I wanted a Bible version that I could worry more about teaching them the history and lessons in the Bible rather than explaining word definition with every sentence. It is highly readable and understandable. I did some research on the "16 missing verses." These to are verses that appear in the King James Version but that modern translations leave out. They are left out because they do not appear in the very oldest of manuscripts and were added a bit later. As they were not part of the original manuscripts, many translations leave them out. I have several different translations that I use for study and reading. This is my go to translation for simply reading, for myself and for my kids and is the one I most recommend. The app information is a great resource. I have watched some of the videos and read some of the commentary. I appreciate that it turns my tiny Bible into a study Bible without me having to carry my much heavier Bibles around.

The cover is so cute. I gifted it to my non Christian friend in hopes of planting the seed. Praying god uses it for good. It is very small but still readable!
