Q: Are they difficult or do they hurt to put in?

It would depend on your piercing and the person. Not painful for me, the plastic is very smooth and flexible. But because it’s so flexible it has been difficult to get it in. Once it’s in it’s secure though.

Q: Are these 20g or 18g?

I honestly think they are 20g or smaller and not 18 because they are super tiny.

Q: This is totally noticeably because of some weird black dot?? Any suggestions
