These gummies are tasty and soft, so they're easy to chew. For the health benefits, I'll update as I see (or don't see) results: Hair - haven't noticed my hair growing quicker, but I don't shed as much as I used too. Nails - my nails feel stronger, and don't break as easily. Skin - haven't noticed any change. Sleep - I used to be lucky if I got 4 or 5hrs of sleep each night, but I've been getting 7 to 8hrs since starting to eat these.
