UPDATE 1 October 2023: I recently noticed some leaking issues. When ice freezes it expands and depending on how full the water is, the water can expand and will open the seal and cause a leak. If you start with empty container, the initial use of the ice is ok, but maybe there is still some ice left and you simply want to add a little extra water and refereeze. THAT is when you will notice you can’t do that because it will leak out (because the ice already inside is expanded and is seal broken). It’s not a major issue if it’s plain water, but if you happen to have some really nice rose water inside, it is a shame because it will go to waste unless you take other steps to remedy the issue which most people don’t have time for.Another way it can leak is when you start with an empty container and add water through the little hole at the top. Sometimes it will leak through the middle seal until you close the little cover on the top. Once you close the top, the leaking will stop because a little vacuum is created inside, but a lot of people might not realise that and, in some cases, I could see how even closing the lid might not stop the leaking.Hopefully this info might help some people who are having leaking issues. I’m downgrading my original rating from 5-stars to 3-stars. It really wouldn’t have been so difficult for the manufacturer to simply add 1mm extra plastic to make a better seal.Original: I really like this product. I like that the ice goes directly onto the skin, unlike a roller which has the ice behind plastic. I also like the freedom of gliding the ice whichever way I want, which is something I can’t really do with an ice roller because it is limiting with it’s one fixed path. Also ice rollers are so bulky. This ice shape is just perfect, slim yet broad. Also, it is really nice how you can hold the ice without freezing your hand! It gives the ice a nice handle.So far I have only used plain RO water for the ice, but I am really looking forward to trying this with rose water, cucumber water, etc. I really like how you can make the ice anything you want and that it goes directly onto the skin.Two very minor issues….. I am not going to knock off any stars for this, still 5 stars, but just two little tiny things. One, the silicone material that this is made out of is a little more rigid than I had expected. (Maybe that is a good thing so the water doesn’t just flop out.) Two, the seal between the top and bottom halves works, but could be a little better. It holds water. It isn’t leaking. I am simply noting where improvements can be made. But definitely go for it!If you have never tried using ice on the face to improve skin quality, definitely give it a try. It really does make my skin look and feel a lot better.Love it!

I had high hopes for the Ice Face Roller Silicone Facial Cube, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. As someone who values their skincare routine and is always on the lookout for innovative products, this one left me feeling rather disappointed.First and foremost, the promise of removing dark circles and shrinking pores seemed too good to be true, and it was. After weeks of consistent use, I noticed no visible improvement in my dark circles, and my pores remained as stubborn as ever. This roller simply didn't deliver on its primary claims.The silicone cube itself is rather uncomfortable to hold and use. It's awkwardly shaped, making it difficult to maneuver around the contours of the face, especially around the eyes and neck. The lack of a proper handle or grip design is a significant drawback, and I found myself struggling to use it effectively.Furthermore, the promised "ice" effect was fleeting at best. The cube does retain cold temperature for a short while, but it melts quickly, making it less effective for longer skincare routines. It's certainly not a suitable replacement for a good old-fashioned ice cube in a cloth, which provides a longer-lasting cooling effect.The overall build quality of the product is also questionable. It feels flimsy, and I worry about its durability over time. Given the price point, I expected a more robust and well-constructed tool.On a positive note, I did find the concept of a silicone facial cube intriguing, and it did provide a brief moment of relief when it retained its cooling properties. However, these brief moments of comfort were far from justifying the price I paid for this product.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Ice Face Roller Silicone Facial Cube for those seeking real results in terms of dark circle removal and pore shrinking. It's an impractical, uncomfortable, and overpriced skincare tool that didn't live up to its promises. I regret this purchase and will be exploring other skincare solutions that offer more bang for my buck.
