The things that I like, maybe the things that you don’t like: zero lift on the heel/takes very little space in the shoe, but also provide a uniform surface/The arch is not too tall, but it is very firm, so it doesn’t flatten out overtime

Very light weight and cheaply made. There's no support around the heal, and not much under the ball of the foot. I have flat feet and have been adding inserts to all of my shoes, so I've tried several pairs. These are among the cheaper made, but not the least expensive by a long shot. Not recommended.

BEWARE! If you are looking for hard arch supports, DO NOT BUY THESE. They claim to be a hard arch support but are not. When I just stood on them, the arch collapsed! Do not recommend!

These insoles are great if you have a high arch. I have bought multiple pairs for different shoes and they are easy to cut to size. For the price point you can’t beat them!! I have others that cost 3-4x more & they do same thing & wear out just as quickly.

I feel like this had potential to be a good insole, but the placement of the arch support was in a very awkward spot (right below the ball of the foot). Because of this, this is u fortunately unusable for me.
