Ohhh Yessss!! Makes Best Dry Thai Curry
YUMMMM. Not too hot for my Midwestern spouse. I crank up the heat by keeping extra on the side for myself. I stir fry with coconut milk, Kaffir lime leaves, string beans, fish sauce, a little brown sugar, and some type of protein. Recipe is for Pad Phrik King. So damn delicious.
