i see a difference after each use. Taste is pleasant and I didn't even leave it on for the amount of time suggested.

I've been using these for weeks with little to no improvement. The grip strength on the teeth is extremely poor, so it does not stick properly. It will come off after a few minutes. I tried tucking it in with my tongue but saliva appears to ruin the adhesion so if you have a watery mouth it only makes it worse. There were barely any instructions on how to fit in too including which parts go where. I am not sure if it was done correctly but after looking it up I assumed the straight strip goes on the top and the curved goes on the bottom. After attempting 20-30 minutes, I took it off and saw a lot of sticky gunk stuck to my teeth. I just rinsed it off, but again unclear what exactly was necessary for optimization.

Followed the directions for application. I do wish they were a little big bigger, mainly because they wrap around the back of your teeth and there isn't quite enough to make it totally secure. Seemed to work good though, and they did stay stuck to my teeth for a full 30 minutes.

I've noticed that these do seem to help with coffee stains. They deliver as described and are comparable in effectiveness to the name brands at a reasonable cost.

These strips are just not as good as the name brand whitening strips. They are effective, but the problem I had is that they don't adhere to my teeth well. They tend to slide around. Then, after removing them, they leave clumps of gel on your teeth. Even with the name brand strips, there is some residual material left on your teeth, but this is another level with gummy chunks of gel left on them. They do work if you can keep them on your teeth long enough.

Works but might end up using the entire package depending on how stain your teeth is. Very similar to the name brand teeth strips and how it's applied is the same. The more stained your teeth, the long it takes to actually see the results, which in turn means you will be using almost the entire package, so it's not quick acting.

These whitening strips go on easily and stay on for the whole amount of time. They feel fine when you take them off and not too sensitive. I like to regularly use white strips on my teeth to keep stains away. Highly recommend!
