I am very pleased with this product. Originally, I was searching for sprouted pumpkin seeds to help boost zinc intake via whole foods rather than supplements, and to my delight I found this mix of both superseeds. I sincerely appreciate that there is no added nonsense, no salt, just simple organic sprouted seeds. This has saved me so much time--simply reach in the bag for sprouted goodness for better absorption in the gut and digestibility. Highly recommend.

I can't say I've ever wanted to subscribe to any product but this made me change my mind. Absolutely delicious, generous size for the money. It's a must have in my house now. Even my little ones eat it.

A very good proportion of both seeds. Seem fresh with good natural flavor. I popped some in my toaster oven at 250 degrees for 10 mins. with some Tamari to make them irresistible.

Consistently good! I order these regularly and my husband and I love these two mixed together. We use them on our salads and as a snack. We’ve been ordering them for years and will continue for years to come. Great products like these are difficult to find.
