Q: What is the actual width with handles and just the pan?

The pan itself (w/o handles) is 12 inches wide. With handles, the diameter is about 15.5 inches.

Q: Can this be used on an induction cooktop? I am remodeling and at the present time this is all I have to cook on. My regular cookware doesn't work.

This cast Iron Pan is magnetic and it should work on an Induction cooktop. But I am not really sure that it works properly.

Q: Can I use it under the broiler?

I don't know I have never tried. I strictly have used it outside on the grill when making the onions & shrimp for fajitas. This is a heavy cast iron pan. I would think you could use it anywhere. If an open flame does not hurt it I dont see how using it in the broiler would.
