What size foot do these fit?

I think they are for a medium width foot. However, I have a 13 XXW foot and they help a lot. They are very flexible and could be easily trimmed if you have a very narrow foot. They are extremely comfortable and after 5 minutes I wasn't even aware it was in place. I only need it for my left foot. You get 2 left and 2 right cushions. I have successfully used the right one on the left. I have found them to be a great help in relieving discomfort from the hammer toe.

Does this work well for the baby toe? The pics don't look like they reach over to the little toe and that's what I need.

I wouldn't recommend it. The little holder might work, but you would have the bottom part sticking out to side.

Do they straighten the toes?

Will this work on the 4th toe.

I hope you figured this out, but it took me awhile to figure out that, even if it's your fourth toe, you wear this on the third toe and the cushion supports your fourth toe.
