Excellent quality lady fingers at a great value.
These lady fingers exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price point. I recently used them to make a tiramisu, and they performed beautifully, they absorbed the coffee mixture perfectly without becoming too soggy or falling apart, which is exactly what you want in a good savoioli cookie. The texture is light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect for tiramisu
I used these to make tiramisu and they were delicious! They were fresh and had a great crunch when I tried one plain. They soaked up the coffee nicely in the tiramisu and maintained good structure after being refrigerated.
