Great quality for the price.
Great value. Nice sheen and weight. Being used for an informal wedding dress. Bonus is that the fabric is washable.

Rich and Luxurious!
This black satin fabric is everything I was hoping for and more. The color is a deep, true black, and the finish has the most beautiful, elegant sheen that catches the light perfectly without looking cheap or overly shiny. The fabric is incredibly smooth and drapes like a dream. It was a joy to work with for my project, and the final result looks incredibly high-end and professional. The quality is fantastic for the price, and it has a nice weight to it. I highly recommend it for any project where you want a touch of luxury!

Very pretty make sure to read the full review PLEASE!
Very cute material a little on the thin side and BEWARE!!! If you running out and have to order more even if you get the same color it may come back slightly darker or lighter and the thickness of the material may be different due to the fabric possibly coming off a different roll. So to be on the safe side just by extra fabric in the same order so you can have more to work with just in case🤗🤗

wash black color lining before using
Very nice drape and nice weight for lining--not too heavy and not at all stiff. The black has some dye rub-off, so recommend washing separately first before putting into garment. Washes beautifully. I let it hang dry, and there was no wrinkling. A very nice lining for the price.

Blame user error -- not the fabric. Beware of stains.
** UPDATE // Stains appeared on the fabric after ironing. Before working with the material, I washed and dried it as I would the finished product. After drying, I pressed the fabric with an organza pressing cloth and a warm steam iron. After pressing, I noticed permanent staining in random spots. I took a scrap of unblemished satin and pressed it with a hot iron to see if the damages were my own fault, but they were not. It seems as though the fabric was blemished beforehand, and pressing the fabric managed to set or enhance the stains. Although the quality of the fabric itself is good, the quality control is poor. These blemishes are more or less obvious depending on lighting, but their presence at all is undesirable and avoidable. For this reason alone, I no longer recommend. ** I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase this fabric based on many negative reviews, but it soon became evident that most of the poor reviews describe user error or textile ignorance. This fabric is fine, acceptable, usable, etc. It's a reflective poly-satin charmeuse with a beautiful drape. It is easy to work with and behaves well under the machine with the right needle and foot pressure. The raw edges will fray if left unfinished before washing, but that is to be expected of any woven fabric. The fabric itself is well-constructed with a very tight weave, as evidenced by the matte wrong side and the near-metallic right side. I anticipate no issues when laundering or handling once properly finished. The color is true to the listing. Pictured here is Gold. This fabric does collect static which can be easily remedied with a rinse in fabric softener or the pass of a steam iron. If you are expecting true silk charmeuse, this fabric is not for you. However, this fabric is great for what it is.

Very easy fabric to work with. I used it to make a liner for my flower girl basket. We have a Fall colour scheme so the burnt orange colour worked well and looked great!!
