I've been using this product for quite a while now and in fact I think this is the 4th or 5th door anchor I've gone through. If you have limited space and nothing to use as a solid anchor then I really recommend this anchor. All you need is a doorway to keep up your workouts and I've used this at home as well as in various hotel rooms over the years and I have found it to be effective and simple to use not to mention extremely portable.

I bought this to replace the typical flimsy anchor that comes with resistance bands.nit's far superior and instils confidence that the anchor isn't going to suffer lateral movement when you least expect it; and that it won't disintegrate when you're at your most vulnerable. Appears expensive but in reality, it's been good value and I'd buy it again.
