The label says: "Sweet almond oil, spearmint oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil and a proprietary blend of natural flavors." Tastes good and strong--similar to OraMD but cheaper.

Q: Has anyone added this to coconut oil for oil pulling?

No, but yeah, that would work. I mix this product with hydrogen peroxide & baking soda (or powder?) & use as toothpaste.

Q: The video shows the oil killing the bad bacteria. But I didn't see any "good bacteria" left swimming around. Can you demonstrate that?

Thank you, a very good point and we see if we can get that explanation added here in a video. But, for now, if you watch again, pay attention and you will see that some of the bacteria were not killed but are still moving, just a bit slowly. The oils do have a momentary inhibitory effect on the "good bacteria" and you should see that in the video. Good question.
