As another review posted, these are 200mg capsules, not "400mg capsules". Very misleading.

I read that this helps with sleep so decided to give it a try. I will say that after 20-30 minutes I did feel a nice calming effect. I didn’t think I would feel anything. It is somewhat subtle though. I have only taken it a couple times but I do think it is a good product. I use several other products of this brand & all have been excellent & prices are the best. I only took 1 capsule(even though 2 is a serving) if I could feel a subtle calming effect with 1 I’m sure 2 would be a more noticeable effect. Glad to have found this & at a reasonable price.

These seem to help quiet my mind at night and I feel less stressed when taking. I take one or two at night and fall asleep a little easier. I trust Horbaach as I use a few other products that they make.
