スポーツウォッチとしての機能は過不足なく十分。インターバルトレーニング用にタイマーが重宝します。この製品を選んだ理由はヘッドの大きさと重さ。腕時計が腕に密着するのが嫌いで、ベルトを緩めにし、時計が適度に動くようにしておくためです。アイアンマンの他の製品は割りと小さくて軽く、動きにくい。よくあるサイズが直径38mm、本体重量20～30ｇのところ、こちらは42ｍｍ、54ｇです。トライアスロンやマラソンで使うには軽くフィットするほうが良いかと思いますが、大きさ・重さがほしい人にはこちらが良いかと思いました。ただ、ベルトが固い。なんでtimexってこういうベルトなんですかね。交換したい。

今まで使っていたフルサイズより4ｍｍ外径が小さいので 重さ大きさともにジャストサイズでした。文字盤も見やすくお気に入りです。 色も真っ黒でなくシルバーも混ざっていて飽きない感じです。 但し、バンドのロックが多少きつめで脱着しずらい。でも競技中を考えれば これくらいでないとはずれちゃうかも。結果ＯＫかな。

Miałem Timex Ironman przez większość lat 90. Współczesna edycja ma wszystko to, czego mi brakowało 30 lat temu: mineralne szkło i większą wodoodporność 200m. Teraz jest to godny przeciwnik Casio G-Shock. Jeden minus, o którym ktoś tutaj wcześniej wspominał - w pełnym słońcu, pod szczególnym kątem patrzenia, wyświetlacz (cyfry) lekko migoczą. O dziwo wersja oznaczona T5K195 GR, zapakowana tylko z użyciem kartonu - tego nie ma. Obie wersje są na drugim zdjęciu, wersja UP po lewej, GR po prawej - ich kod kreskowy jest taki sam oprócz oznaczenia na końcu. Wersja którą tutaj recenzuję (T5K195 UP, na plastikowym stelażu) ma tę przypadłość. Nie przeszkadza to w użytkowaniu, ale taka różnica występuje. Dodatkowo, jak się patrzy na zegarek przez okulary przeciwsłoneczne z polaryzacją wyświetlacz wersji GR jest lekko ciemny na skrajach, natomiast wersja od Amazon UP jest bardziej przejrzysta i nie przyciemniona. Zapewne różnica w wyświetlaczach wynika z różnic użytych części. Ogólnie mogę polecić - ergonomia, świetny pasek i przede wszystkim czytelność wyświetlacza (krój i wielkość cyfr). Wiele bardziej czytelny niż podobnej wielkości wyświetlacze u konkurencji.
