This frame makes a great gift for a decent price. The frame is thick and of good quality. I’m Very satisfied and can’t wait to see my partners reaction on Valentines Day!I received this customized frame very quickly. I was impressed because Amazon Prime is all about delayed and slow shipping now.You guys should offer a variety of frame colors at the same price. Rustic colors would be awesome. I actually liked the darker frame better but I personally wouldn’t have paid an $10 for it.

Sentiment not Centered - Almost off the Top of Frame
Disappointed. The first thing I saw when I opened the shipping box was a quality inspection paper saying it had been quality checked. As you can see, the sentiment across the top of the frame is touching the top although it was centered top to bottom across the top of the frame in the Amazon pic. The sentiment was also slightly slanted downward (I measured it to be sure). I requested a partial refund because I needed the frame for a gift and couldn't wait for a second one to be created and shipped. I was given $5 off. So, I paid $24 for a gift frame that looks awkward (and even worse with the photo inside--not pictured). I will never buy from this company again. Update: the company sent a new frame that was perfect (although the original one had already been given as a gift). I appreciate the fact that the seller remedied the issue.

What a beautiful frame! It's more lovely in person than online. I love how nice the states and the text are on it. When I received it, it was also wrapped with such care. It is a gift for my boyfriend and I know he's going to love it! If I need anymore picture frames in the future, I will definitely purchase them from this awesome company.
