I have found the process of setting up my Lexie Hearing aids to be reasonably straightforward. I have worn an older hearing aid for about 15 years and in that time, I have tried several others that were a disappointment. I knew I needed an upgrade and am glad I tried the Lexie. They are a great improvement over the "amplifiers" that I was wearing. The hearing test worked well, and I am very satisfied with the results.

It is an amazing and affordable hearing aid set!I was able to snag a pair on Amazon Prime day, thus saving $200. These are well worth the price (or the normal price)!I have a pair of Starkey AI Genesis that cost me over $4k and these Lexie B2 Plus are just as good.Customer service follows up to make sure you're satisfied.This is Great Experience and Great Value for hearing aids.Battery life is easily "all day"Ease of use is "well thought out"Functionality is "top of the line"Instructions are "easy to follow" In fact the User Manual is "Outstanding" (you should actually read it)The App that controls the hearing aids from iPhone is "Outstanding" (Well Done!)I am 77 and have a moderate hearing problem that needs fixing. I would recommend these to anyone!

So far it's my 2nd time purchasing but boy am I ever dissapointed in their customer service department. My first pair was the 800 dollar pair which I believe is the cheapest out of 3 that they offer. it didn't last a year when things went haywire. A refurbished pair was sent to me after lengthy talks and boy thats the worst ever you can imagine that will happen to you while your depending on hearing. Sadly they do provide a decent hearing clarity at times and some areas but as soon as they start breaking down forget it you are screwed and tatooed! Remember to save every single piece of paper when buying these because it will help prove your end disposition! Since I couldn't find any better in 2 years I decided to upgrade hoping it would be better?? No way about the same and I didn't realize until my new supposedly new ones arrived they broke down in a month. That's when I noticed the words refurbished on the box?? Why if I am buying new am I receiving a refurbished pair? So again down one side meaning my right ear side went after a full 2 weeks of using them and I sent them in and still argued all the way until I just received my new B2 ones a month later? So far no issues except for connection issues which they did provide help with today? But I always keep my hearing aids clean and hope they will work for me but this is like flipping a coin in the air and then saying where the heck is that coin? Hope you follow me but although sometimes it is a great product the other half of the times it's been a living hell! I'm being generous with the 3 stars believe me!

AWESOME PRODUCT AND PRODUCT SUPPORT. WHEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE THE HEARING AIDS DELIVERS THE AUDIO. SAME FOR MUSIC BUT THEY ARE NOT GREAT AT MUSIC DELIVERY. OTHERWISE GREAT.

Right out of the box, the left hearing aid wouldn't turn on. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and nothing. I placed a video chat with Lexie. They tell you that the average waiting time for support is 15 minutes. So keep that in mind if you're thinking of buying these, they try to convince you that they have support, but it is not timely. I waited 15 minutes to do a video support chat, but no one picked up.So I contacted Amazon to get an exchange, I wanted to give these hearing aids another try. The Amazon rep said no exchange, just a return. "If you want to try them again, buy them again." Problem is, I bought them for $799 on Prime Day and now they are back to $999. Just a terrible experience with Lexie, and a terrible experience with Amazon.

I've had hearing aids for years. Roughly 10 years. My old hearing aids wore out and I just couldn't afford $4,000 or possibly more to replace them. So I tried these.Here is my experience as hearing aids they work ok. But as for the Bluetooth part, not so great. I did call in yo support several times. And they were good.But these hearing aids just don't automatically connect to my cellphone Bluetooth easily like my old ones did. In fact 90% of the time If they do connect onle one side seems to connect, generally my left one connects my right one not so much. The app to control them is a nice feature. But I thought these ssy they have a well known speaker manufacturer involved sorry forgot their name at the moment. Anyway the sound quality is maybe 30 to 40% as good as my old expensive pair.
