I bought not knowing the actual size of these spacers since seller could not provide those measurements, other than they fit my year bike.For anyone looking to purchase, they measure 1.25" thick. They will mount a 5.5" fender to a touring bike with the 41mm forks or with an 8" spread between fender mounts on forks.. Hope this helps.
