These faucets are smaller. So cute on my new marble sinks. I’m very pleased with them.

The report from my plumber is that these faucets are well made and very easy to install. He installed two of them and had no problems. The kit was complete, and installed with no problems, and they work great. The price was a good deal for getting a set with everything included, and they look beautiful. I highly recommend these faucets!

I bought one and found it easy to install and the price was appealing. Then I bought two more, hoping to replace all the faucets in the bathrooms. Unfortunately one of them started leaking after a few weeks. I replaced it with another brand new product (of the same type). But it leaked again after a few weeks. It wasted me a lot of time. Notice that the hoses are specific to the faucet, and I couldn't find a place to buy the hoses separately. I was very disappointed, and sent an email to their customer service ([email protected]) to complain. But I didn't hear from them after sending two emails. Overall, my experience with this product and the merchant was very disappointing. It has a low product quality and zero customer service. I will never buy this one in the future.

Purchased two faucets, within 7 months one of the faucets started leaking and it turns out a dent/ hole formed in the product. No damage was caused on our end. I’ve never had this issue with any faucets, especially considering this faucet is new. Would appreciate a reimbursement or credit to purchase new faucets as we now need to replace them. Unable to get in contact with their company to put a formal complaint in.
