They are distributed by Haribo of America, Inc. and are made in Turkey. Hope this helps.

Are these made in Germany?

They originated there and they still produce them there, but the bags in English are made by the American branch of Haribo. That's what is indicated on the bag anyway. I have toured the production plant and it's supposedly mirrored in America.
