Yoga Meditation Buckwheat Bolster Pillow Cushion

I am blown away by this pillow. It's the perfect height and allows room to cross your legs while keeping the knees below the hips, comfortably, without feeling like you are going to tip off the edge of the pillow!! The filling is wonderful - cradles the sits bones, and allows you to feel supported, grounded, and stable. It's also fabulous for travel- it's lightweight and can be attached by the strap to a bag and carried anywhere, to meditate on a mountain top, by the water, on a park bench or in the comfort of your own home. It also works wonderfully as a bolster, to lift the heart or hips in certain yoga poses. I am in love. Highly recommended and absolutely amazing for the price. THANK YOU!

I got this cushion based on all the glowing reviews and used it intensively for a 10-day vipassana meditation retreat. I used this cushion for over 8 hours a day, every day, for 10 days straight. I watched other meditators struggle with Tetris-ing a variety of cushions and pillows, but all I needed was this one and two small squares for my knees.This cushion is sturdily made and well-packed, but with enough wiggle room to conform for support. It supported my spine and butt well, and the crescent shape helped support my thighs in the Burmese position.I did try using it to support my bottom in a kneeling position, but this was significantly less comfortable.I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase and greatly prefer this cushion over circular zafus I have tried in the past. It is made of thick fabric, heavy duty construction, and high quality filling. Highly recommended, buy it now!

I just received my beautiful meditation cushion, and it's the first one I have ever owned, although of course I have sat on them at various Dharma centers. I am happy that I have entered a point in my practice to actually need a comfortable meditation cushion at home, for more mindfulness, focus, concentration, and learning how to be "response-able"! And this cushion has well exceeded my expectations, it is very well made, with a thick and attractive canvas like cover and the buckwheat fill is very very supportive, it totally takes all pressure off all joints, (pelvic floor sitting bones etc.) and makes sitting with a totally straight spine and open and relaxed hips feel totally effortless. This cushion gives you an automatic good posture allowing you to enter into your happy quiet space with ease.I love the attractive handles which is so subtly available and I got the beautiful turquoise/blue color.

I have used this cushion for a little less than 3 weeks, every day, and it helps a TON! Prior to receiving the cushion, I meditated on a plush bath mat in “Burmese style” and it was wreaking havoc on my lower back, knees, shins, calves, ankles, and feet, which, unfortunately, takes me out of my mediation a lot. Ever since using this cushion, I’ve noticed I don’t have as much pain as before, therefore I can meditate longer in my position. I am an athletic build male: 5’10”, 220lbs, but very flexible for my size. Sitting on the cushion does not make it feel like it’s about to burst. The dimensions of the cushions are pretty accurate, however, with the sloping sides, you actually get a little more than what is described, which is a good thing! I do wish the construction and materials were a little better, as I can tell that daily use will eventually lead to its demise sooner rather than later, but for a beginner starting out, this thing not bad at all!TL:DR:Good and low-cost meditation cushion with “ok” materials that may not last too long with daily use.

I picked this up to help with the discomfort on my lower back when I meditated for anything more than 5 minutes. This helps me keep my hips higher than my knees, which helps keep my spine aligned. I've been using it almost daily for a few weeks, and it's made a big difference in how long I can meditate in one sitting.The canvas cover is strong and well-fitted to the cushion. The curve in the front is good for a cross-legged sitting position. The cushion is pretty firm, which I find helps me but might be down to personal preference.

Amazing quality. It was exactly spot on for what I was looking for. It is good and firm, but not too hard. Has a zip off cover for washing, perfect size and design. I purchased this for travel, and use for training classes where we all sit in the floor or a backpack. I need a little elevation for my hips to be comfortable for long period of time. So, please with the price. Definitely get the quality and still an affordable price.

Edit: I have bought 3 of these total now and I use them for more than just meditation, really helps keep the back from hurting when sitting on the floor or the hard ground, i have one in my car as a travel seat instad of one of those lawn chairs. The cover is removable so you can wash itI love it. Nice and sturdy so it won't break right away, the buckwheat is really cool for the filling so it holds it's "plushness". Comfortable too. Perfect for meditation
