seller went above and beyond! my photo is blurry but the necklace was very detailed and beautiful. i think i received an extra piece which was so thoughtful; seller really went out there way to show kindness. It’s absolutely beautiful my only complaint would be how thick the sides are I bought this necklace for my 8 year old but i honestly think with the way of how thick it is i wouldn’t let her wear it out I think it better if we just hang it someone where but besides that I think she will love it

I was gifted this and when I say it was one of the best gifts. It was a picture of my family! Quality was to tier and you can actually see the details in the picture.

Shipping was fast and the picture turned out nicely. I also like the boxes they put them in. However... I bought one of these from this same company last year I believe for my dad and the image seems much clearer/bolder. I decided to get one for my mom this year for Christmas and the image is much, much fainter. I'm not sure why. Maybe I selected different options previously. I don't hate it, but I'm not as satisfied as I was with the first one. Hoping she likes it and doesn't have to squint or keep angling it to see the image.
