I bought the Magnum Solace Magnesium Lotion with Arnica because I have pain throughout my body in different places all the time. Recently, I have been waking up with pain in my feet and calves and swelling in my feet. I used this lotion for several nights when my feet were bothering me a little more than usual. I just massaged it into my feet, ankles, and calves, put on some socks, and went to bed. It really helped me relax and I slept great. In the morning my feet weren’t swollen and they weren’t painful like I had been experiencing. Yesterday I was moving some plants around my house and I picked up one that was really heavy. Instantly I felt a sharp pain in my back and I had to go lay down on my heating pad. The pain lasted all day and before I went to bed I took some Advil and rubbed some of that lotion into my back. I didn’t know if I should use it on my back or not, but it made my back feel so much better and relaxed me so I was able to sleep and wake up feeling good. The pain came back during the day, but the fact that I felt that good throughout the night was amazing. I’m so glad I found this product. It’s worth checking out!❤️

The first time I tried this, i was just going to put it on my feet, but a little goes a longgggg way and I ended up using it all over my legs. I was out cold in twenty minutes, but thought it was a fluke. When it happened again when I used it the second and third time, I realized this stuff is the real deal. Pleasant smell, helped me not only fall asleep but for the most part stay asleep, and just over all, very effective. When I do wake up in the middle of the night, it's really only because I need to use the bathroom, and I have no issues falling back asleep immediately. I've gone so far as to recommend it to two other friends as well. Bonus: nice hydration!

Very relaxing. I rubbed this on my calves after a long walk and it felt amazing. It took out the ache, and the lavender scent is so soothing I ended up having a nap. The lotion itself is a little hard to work into dry skin, so I would recommend using this on damp skin. I got this on sale, but even at full price I think it’s a good purchase. For reference I’m in my 50’s and struggling with fibromyalgia. This stuff really puts a dent in my soft tissue aches.

This helps a lot when my legs are acting up. If I rub this on it usually gets rid of it. I get it every night some worse than others. I also take magnesium orally but needs the lotion as well. Not sticky and very absorbent.

When I rub this on the soles of my feet, I am sound asleep for the night. Its very fragrant to me, a bit strong. But its smooth and help me feel less achy.

This magesium lotion is great! I was having leg and foot cramps nightly. I have my husband rub a teaspoon of this lotion on both of my calves and feet nightly and my cramps have gone away! It is very effective for my pain. It is a very smooth consistency and he says it is easy to apply and rub in. The lavender scent smells really nice. I bought 3 more containers so I don’t run out!

Its a creamy, wonderfully smelling pain reliever for your muscles. I will definitely be reordering when I need more. I have had almost 30 yrs of spinal issues and now 5 surgeries so I get plenty of muscle aches. It works really good and smelled better then usual muscle rubs. I'd take lavender over minty anyday. I Recommend this product.

This stuff is phenomenal at the relaxing sleep application, reasonable at mild pain relief, and absorbs well into the skin with decent slip for massaging into sore muscles. The real and minor cons, one that the cream is very strongly aromatic but not unpleasant- don't worry it fades pretty quickly. The second con? It seems to be mildly to moderately comedogenic in the areas of application. I would normally disregard mentioning that aspect, but I'm mostly past the regular pimple stage; and finding one on the back of the tense neck I'm repeatedly soothing with this cream can be uncomfortable. Or on my knee! That was the proof for me, because pimples on a neck may happen, but knees are pretty rare. So keep this in mind, but realize it's so infrequent and minor that it only knocked ONE star off an otherwise positive review coupled with an overly strong scent. I will buy more because the positive far outweighs the negative and I like a more reliable deeper sleep, which this provides without any accompanying grogginess upon waking.

I have upcoming hip replacement surgery in a few months and this cream was recommended for leg pain, particularly after a strengthening and stretching session. It clearly makes a difference in pain reduction, is not oily, and smells wonderful.

Lovely smell, wear it in my legs at night and helps with my restless leg syndrome!

This lotion is light, non greasy and pleasant smelling. I rub it on my feet at night and it seems to sooth my neuropathy. I will definitely buy again.

Absolutely wonderful magnesium lotion with arnica. Soothes my tired feet and is now part of my night time ritual. It calms and soothes pains I have in my toes, feet and legs. I didn't think it would do anything but it really does help when used on a consistent basis. It actually helped from day one. Highly recommended and the scent is wonderful.
