Directions 1. Shake the can of milk powder before use. 2. Pour 30 g of milk powder into a container. 3. Add warm water to the container and mix thoroughly until the milk powder is dissolved. 4. Serve the drink and enjoy it. Safety Warning May contain traces of milk and soy. Use with caution in case of allergy. Review: This powdered milk is just dried milk, and it tastes great. I use it just like regular milk from a gallon jug. Even though I’m lactose intolerant, this milk doesn’t bother me at all. It’s so easy to use—just measure the amount you need, add the recommended amount of water, stir, and you’ve got milk that’s safe to enjoy. I keep in the can until I need the desired amount. I never run out of milk. It does not spoil. All I have to keep is (a use by can) in the pantry. It is all smooth no clumpy lumpy undissolved power in the liquid. I use for baking and everything else. I always beat the use by date using all of it so no wasted cans. I have used it to make and bake breads and pizza dough. It does not affect the ability for the dough to rise or the bread texture. How much sour milk do I throw away? Zero, so I keep milk in the pantry. Review: This Nido milk is always reliable. It mixes smoothly, tastes rich, and works great for coffee, oatmeal, smoothies, or for kids. I love that it stores well and lasts a long time. A great product to always have in the house.

Very good milk powder, does dissolve easily in my hot chocolate mix. Very nice tasting, but not as rich as Red Cow or Peak. It’s very powdery compared to those last two, and it has more extra ingredients. It works, but I’ll only get it if I can’t get the other two. It is, of course, more cost-effective.

We use this for cooking and drinking. If I don't tell the family they don't know it's not regular milk. It's great for everything and tastes good. Mixing is easiest if you put only a portion of the water in and make a thick solution, wait a few minutes and then add the rest of the water (dissolves easily that way with no 'grit'). Bakes really well without separating. I wish it came in packets so didn't have to open the full can, we don't use it fast enough but it's worth buying the big can because it's so good!

The tariff is killing us, and every food item is doubled or tripled in price. Finding Nido on store shelves in the US now is like a which hunt. Also, if you find it, it will be the smallest can for around $10. However, this 1.76 pound can is still affordable, while it has the same high-quality dried milk that you used to get from Nestle. Nido is a worldwide-renowned dry milk. It has everything you need, just add water. It will never clump up, and it always dissolves completely (if you follow instructions). It has all the benefits of fresh milk, with some added minerals and vitamins, and the fact that you can make it as thin or thick as you desire. This last fact alone made me buy it all the time over fresh milk. This way, you can enjoy it the way you like it, and this is also useful for baking. One more important fact is that it has an amazing shelf life, so you can store it in the cupboard and use it when you need it. Although Nestlé has some bad rep regarding their ethical method as a corporation, you can't argue with the quality of its products. Nido is one shining example of how they perfected the formula over the years. This Nido powdered milk is a great product that is more affordable than the one bought in the store.
