I have no real complaints. They are comfortable. I have had mine for around a month and they are sturdy AF. The non-slip is for real because I have even stepped in stuff that should be slippery and they handled it perfectly. I can't remember what it was or I'd tell you. I stand for 8 hrs x 6/7 days and do almost zero outright walking and they feel good. So yeah. Comfortable and I'm interested in seeing how they hold up over the long term because they look and feel well built.

Los compré, porque me gustaron el color y el modelo, super nice, realmente son muy comodas y suaves para un dia duro de trabajo, pero solo los deberias de usar o su vida útil es de 4 a 5 meses, ya que pierde esa comodidad y suavidad del acolchado para seguir de pie por más de 8 horas diarias de trabajo... por eso le di 4 estrellas.

Not what I was expecting from New Balance. Very very thin padding ( paper thin insoles ) you may could wear them an hour or two before they start to hurt your feet.

Been wearing these 40 hours a week on my feet for months. No complaints on their build quality or anything really. They do look like old man shoes. One note is that they are large shoes all around. I had to send the first pair back for a smaller size and they're still stompers.

I recently picked up the New Balance Men’s Composite Toe Elite Lite Industrial Shoe, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for work. Right out of the box, they were comfortable with minimal break-in time. The composite toe provides excellent protection without the extra weight that steel toes often come with, making them much lighter and easier to wear for extended periods. We are required to wear safety shoes in a warehouse environment and these are way more comfortable than just about anything else out there. The cushioning is fantastic, offering great support during long shifts on my feet, and the slip-resistant sole grips well on different surfaces. Despite being durable and protective, these shoes still have the comfort and flexibility you’d expect from New Balance, so I don’t feel weighed down by heavy work boots. One thing I appreciate is the breathable material, which keeps my feet cool even during warmer days. Plus, the grey and white design looks sharp, so it doesn’t feel like I’m sacrificing style for functionality. Overall, if you need a reliable and comfortable work shoe with solid protection, these are an excellent choice! Highly recommend for anyone in industrial settings or jobs requiring toe protection.

They look nice, but hurt my feet. The sides of my big toes rub against the hard safety toe cap. The cushioning for the insoles is also really firm. I normally order shoes s half size bigger because I have wide feet, if I can't find a wide width in my size. I even ordered these extra wide, and my toes still press hard up against the side of the hard toe cap. Will be returning. The shoe is much "straighter" than my foot is. Wearing shoes like these is how I got a curled big toe nail on my left foot. No thanks.
