I ordered these because I read something about these being a healthy thing to eat. They have a unique taste. I like them and I feel good about eating them. Eating one or two of these in the evening prevents me from eating something that might be more unhealthy!

My husband is obsessed with these! They make for a great midday snack and provide so much fiber. They’re lightly sweet and crunchy and go well with your tea or coffee.

These are dang good dates. Decided to marry em. Like a date crossed with a fig, spongy and honey sweet, dried perfectly. Good value for the amount too.

Well I'm revising my review to say the seller offered and issued a refund for these. I greatly appreciate the follow through.I still don't understand why many people say these are delicious and mine came as dried shells. So the quality needs standardization.Terrible. Improperly stored or overly dried. I don't know which but these are so dry they are inedible. They are just dry shells. Not returnable. So I'm out the money. This is unacceptable. Don't buy.

I had never heard of Jujube dates before and wanted to try them. I didn't want to invest a lot in something i may not like so i got this smaller one pound bag, but i was pleasantly surprised by these. They were very fresh and attractive, and the fruits are all uniform. They are dried but not mummified like something that's sat all year. They smell a bit like dates and caramel, and the flavor is like a less sweet date. Texture inside is interesting, kind of chewy and a lot like a dried apple slice. You do have to eat around the pit in the center, but that adds to the chewy factor and keeps me from eating way too many. A fun and satisfying little snack that's not like anything else I've tried.

I was really excited to try these. I had only had Jujubes from the health food store and they were excellent. Sadly, these were not. They were dry with absolutely no flavor at all, unless you count dust as a flavor. Chewy, no. After trying a handful, these went straight into the trash. Certainly won't order again.
