Hard to open lid.
I'M quite happy with my bin , except the push button on lid is quite hard to push open when putting rubbish in so can be annoying ,otherwise it's good ,arrived quickly well wrapped and it's a good size not to big or small,I would of ordered again when needed, but I won't because of the lid problem .

Good value for the price but will it last this time?
Unfortunately the bin I got originally didn't last, but in relation to the lid. The spring snapped and the lid wouldn't work. I like the look of the bin and the colour and the price is excellent. This was a replacement and I hope it lasts this time.

This broke within a couple of months. My son thought he'd surprise me by buying the exact same one. Seriously save your money and buy a decent bin.

An Honest kitchen bin
I'd previously brought a quite expensive kitchen bin, which turned out to be a bit of a waste of money, the delicate opening mechanism broke or failed quite regularly and it was fiddly to empty, then this beast. Well priced, robust and with a big enough capacity to not have to empty every two minutes. It is what it is, it's not the most beautifully styled but its value for money and easy to keep clean.

A large sturdy bin.
Bigger than expected and the lid release button is a little stiff. A good sturdy bin.

Good bin apart from the lid!!
It’s a big bin and does it’s job however the button to push to get the lid open is really stiff
